I love you

I ran down the long stretch of beach legs aching. I just escaped from the clutches of Elijah, Voldemort, and the other death eaters. I look up to find Eric running to me, A bandage was wrapped around his waist from where he took the whip lashings for me. Tears fill my eyes but i will not let them fall. We are getting closer and then we are in each others arms. I am surprised he isn't mad at me for pushing him back to Dobey and the others when they left from the Malfoys. But i had no choice the gash in my stomach wasn't healing due to the venom that was infused in the dagger that made it. It is healed now and you can't even tell anything was there. I look up into his eyes watery from his tears. Our faces get closer and i whisper. "I love you." we kiss and when we draw back he whispers back in the voice i had missed so much "As i love you!"
